The Answers - How to buy

  1. Where can I buy the lamp?  
    You can purchase the V4 Cordless Lamps directly from Neoz or from our representatives.
    Contact us through e-mail or use our secure online enquiry form or alternatively by fax or telephone.
    List Lamp type(s) and quantity you are interested in and we will reply with quotation. Following
    acceptance of quotation we will proceed with your purchase. We accept major credit cards and electronic direct deposit. We recommend using our secure online enquiry form to transfer Credit card details.

     

  2. Do you sell individual home users?  
    Yes, we do and with the introduction of our brand new V4 Cordless Lamp System, our designers have incorporated a number of new innovative features, making the lamp easier to operate and charge.



  3. How much are they?  
    Please forward your requirements based on Cordless Lamp type, quantity and shipping destination and we will forward quotation accordingly.



The Answer - Charging + Operating

  1. Can the lamp be used in my country?  
    Yes it can. The NEOZ charging system is designed to be used around the world (accepting mains input from 100V to 240V). We will supply the correct power plugs for the use in your country as well.



  2. Can the Lamp be used outdoor?
    Yes. It is designed to be used both indoor and outdoor. However, never place the lamp on an unstable surface or immerse the lamp into water. Please see Cordless Lamp Operating Guide for more details on conditions of use.



  3. What do I get with my Lamp?
    Each V4 Cordless Lamp will be delievered with a fully charged high capacity Li-ion battery pack (options of 2400mAh ECO pack or the 4800mAh Pro pack), a charging Base Station and a User Guide.



  4. What is a Trolley, Bar and Tray?
    The Trolley provides a convenient mobile storage solution on which up to 80 V4 Cordless Lamp can be charged and accommodated. However, if a trolley is inappropriate (too large) we recommend the use of a Bar or Tray, which have a smaller footprint and can accommodate up to 12 Lamps



  5. What size Trolley do I need?
    This would depend on the Cordless Lamp type, however as a general guide:
    Small Trolley: From 20 to 40 lamps (Lamp dependent)
    Large Trolley: From 40 to 80 lamps



  6. How long does the light last after it is fully charge?
    Each NEOZ Cordless Lamp is powered by a high capacity Sanyo Li-ion battery pack rechargeable battery pack, which will provide up to 28 hours+ when fully charged.

     PRO  ECO
     10 hours+ / High intensity  7 hours+ / Medium intensity
     15 hours+ / Medium intensity  13 hours+ / Low intensity
     28 hours+ / Low intensity  



  7. How long does it take to charge a lamp?
    It will generally take 4.5 hours for the ECO battery pack and 8.5 hours for the PRO battery pack. Recharging is influenced by temperature and humidity. A hot ambient temperature will increases
    charging time.



  8. How long does the light source last?
    The halogen bulb should last on average 4000+ hours. That is around 2 years if used on highest intensity 6 hours per day.


  9. What light source is used in the V4 Cordless Lamp?
    The V4 Cordless Lamp is equipped with German made BLV 5W halogen light source.
    We believe halogen light is the most flattering articial light source, because it provides the best colour rendering for food and skin tones.

    Upon request selected lamps in our range can be programmed to support 10W halogen light source for increase light output. However, operating time wil be reduced by approximately 50%.



  10. When do I have to change the battery and can I replace it?
    The battery pack is good on average for up to 1000 full charge / discharge cycles or say 3 years if used nearly every night. The battery can be easily replaced. For any service assistance please contact us or your nearest Neoz representative.



  11. Is the Cordless Lamp covered by a warranty?
    All NEOZ Cordless products are covered by a 36 months Warranty.

  12. I accidently broke the diffuser of my Cordless Lamp, can I get them replaced?
