Where are your products designed and manufactured?
All of our cordless lamps are designed and assembled in-house in Sydney since 1995. We source components from different parts of the world according to their specific manufacturing capabilities. For instance, all our battery cells are made in Japan by Sanyo/Panasonic due to their superior service life, whilst our metal spinning are provided by our supplier in Taiwan with over 50 years of experience in metal works. Plastic parts are manufactured in China and Australia for the mass production values. Each Cordless Lamp is hand assembled in our Sydney workshop ensuring the highest possible quality control.
What do I get with the purchase of my NEOZ Cordless Lamp?
Each NEOZ Cordless Lamp ordered for home use will be delivered with a fully charged high capacity Li-ion battery pack, a charging base station with electronic power supply and a user guide. Commercial users can choose from a variety of charging options available.
Can I customise my NEOZ Cordless Lamp?
We provide customisation ranging from bespoke colours and materials to unique designs for commercial projects. Please forward your enquiry to our design department here.
What size tray or trolley do I need if I want to charge multiple lamps at once?
As a general guide:
Small Tray: up to 4 lamps
Large Tray: up to 12 lamps
Small Recharging Station: up to 24 lamps
Medium Recharging Station: up to 36 lamps
Large Recharging Station: up to 48 lamps

How can I pay for my Neoz order?
We accept all major credit cards (secure trade payment), PayPal and electronic direct deposit.
How is my payment processed?
We work with payment provider NAB Transact, operated by National Australia Bank, one of the four largest financial institutions in Australia. All communication is done via a fully secure connection.
Which countries does NEOZ ship to?
We ship from our Sydney factory to over 100 countries worldwide. In selected regions, your enquiry/order will be referred our local distributors. For more information regarding local import duty & certification, please leave us a message here.
How much does Neoz charge for shipping?
It depends on where you live and on the type of product. We offer free shipping for online retail customers in Australia. For our international retail customers, we offer have a shipping calculator in the shopping cart & checkout page . For our commercial customers, we can organise a door to door service with all the necessary importation paperwork including certificate of origin to ensure a smooth delivery. We use DHL or FedEx for all our international delivery and Australia Post or FedEx Express for Australia-wide delivery. International shipments are subject to import fees upon arrival in the destination country, and any importation fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Do I require a Certificate of Origin?
The Certificate of Origin (CO) is a document to certify the place of manufacture of goods. It is required when exporting to specific countries when requested by the consignee for customs clearance. This is required for every individual order. The fee for Certificate of Origin is $125AUD*. When making a purchase online, the CO will be included in the shipping & handling fee. Countries requiring CO are as follow – Bahrain, Cyprus, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Malaysia, Oman, Palestinian Territories, Syria, Thailand, UAE, Yemen and Qatar* ($150AUD)
How long do I have to wait for my products?
Every NEOZ cordless lamp is made to order, retail orders will typically be dispatched within 1-5 days. Commercial quantities will typically be dispatched within 7-10 days upon full payment. We will make sure to let you know when your product is expected to ship.
What is your returns policy?
We are happy to accept returns for items within 7 days of order delivery for all our retail customers. The returned product must be free from wear, stains or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must have the original packaging attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. We offer you the option of exchange or refund. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. To return merchandise, email us at [email protected] for return authorisation. Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges. NEOZ does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost or damaged in transit without proof of delivery to NEOZ.
